The MX-Ray is now sadly out of production and to date no one I have contacted knows how or when the boat could be resurrected. Any information along these lines would be most welcome - whereabouts of original plans/specs/drawings, and ditto for molds for the hull, foils and mast-step. Similar information on the mylar mainsail and asymmetrical spinakker by North and the two piece carbon mast and boom from Fibrespar. Most fittings were by Ronstan and readily found.

I welcome mail from dinghy sailors of all seven seas who share an interest in innovative design that challenges conventions and puts more power in the hands of sailors. They may be wet, they may be wild, but bring them ON!

I am happy to post any relevant information that I receive and will of course strive to give credit where credit is due. Please note this is done for fun and not for profit, and I may have other responsibilities that keep me from updating the website for some time between postings.
