OUTHAUL (Drawing 6 above);

TIE-DOWN the outhaul to the eyestrap at the end of the boom.

RUN IT through the clew grommet, back through the eyestrap and exit through the v-cleat.

USE A separate line to tie-down the clew around the boom.

THIS WAS simple - wasn't it? Now you see that rigging the MX-Ray is not that different from rigging other boats and in many cases is much simpler. Now you are ready to rig the spinnaker.
